If you are picking up for Will Call be prepared to wait to be serviced. Ive picked up multiple orders from this location and there is usually nobody at the service window everytime i enter, and after waiting at the desk for 15+ mins you might get a little assistance, and thats if you are first in the line.

I spoke to someone who is at this location on the phone. I asked why my new account was not approved for my business. We have a large fleet of vehicles. He said it was probably because our business is an end user and not a tire retailer. Fine, no problem. The thing that bothered me was the person I talked to was rude about it and spoke to me very disrespectfully. It's probably a good thing they didn't approve my account. If a customer gets this kind of attitude on the phone from a vendor, it's just not worth doing business with them. After the phone conversation I just had, If one of their customers has a problem with their order, they will probably try to blame the customer. Where has the courtesy and respect for customers gone? This is a wholesale tire warehouse.... this is not a garage. I think several of you folks need to actually check what company you are reviewing, because it's quite clear several people are mistaking this company for American Tire Goodyear. American Tire Distributors, are fantastic, great prices and great service. Google can you please take down these reviews that are clearly talking about a different business...?

Always in and out very quickly, they get your orders taken care of real quick so you can be in and out. Very nice staff
