I've said it before and I will say it again. I love this company. Their customer service is the absolute best and that is not just for this branch, but all the branches that I have visited or called. (Both Norcross, Smyrna, and Decatur). They are quick, always answer the phones, explain things effectively, and ALWAYS follow up when they say they will. If I request something to be sent to my email, its done immediately. Everyone is great, but special thanks to Juan Rameriz and Jonathan Velazquez for making my experience with this company great. In the short, I like things easy, swift, and effective. And that is this company!

I wanted Uninsured motorist and their system is set to give you uninsured motorist reduced. Which reduces your coverage. Darcy Castrejon is the person who waited on me that day and thanks to her or this company I have lost everything. Because I was given this type of coverage without my knowledge.

This its the worst insurance that i had in 25 years of me driving, we gave ur driver's license to run are record and they had quote me $220 for two cars in my policy, we end up canceling are old insurance with Allstate thinking this was a better deal, after i finish paying and signing the paperwork, they told me that my price would go up to $338.
