Wow!! The service is unlike any other place I’ve ever been. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful, they treat you like family. They explained everything in great detail, super easy to understand, and Tim even drove my car and looked it over to tell me what was up all for no cost! He even opened my car door for me to get my baby in the car, and offered to carry things for me- such a sweet guy! Matthew was on time and worked super efficiently- my car was done way before I expected it to be. He was quick to respond with any questions I had and gave me tips to keep my car in top shape (: I would recommend them to EVERYBODY!

Called to schedule an oil change at 9am and they got me in for 11am same day. Under 30 minutes and $34 later I had my oil change plus an estimate for my front struts and some recall information. They didn't try to upsell me or try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I don't need. They are very friendly and have a very nice waiting room. They have a customer for life.

Tim and Danielle were awesome. I loved their hospitality, kindness, respectfulness, and their patience. Tim along with another mechanic were busy working on other vehicles and Tim came out took the time to hear what issues I was having and looked at my car. He didn't rush me and he new exactly what was wrong, in 5 minutes if that my care was fixed. I thanked him and asked sir what do I owe you and he said not a dime. That was so nice of him. I didn't even expect that my car would have even gotten fixed then. I was going there to tell them what was going on and get a roughly estimate of what it would cost to fix it and to schedule an appointment to get it in to get fixed. What a blessing it was! I really recommend that if you have something wrong with your vehicle that you give them a call

I have been taking my vehicles to Atkinson Automotive for a couple years now and they have never steered me wrong. They are always honest and kind and reasonably priced. I will continue to take my vehicles here. Thanks for all you guys do!!

Came to have my brakes checked and they were honest with me that I didn't need brakes, but let me know I needed tires! Very friendly, super nice people. I will definitely be back!
