I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and the vehicle broke down less than 24 hours after driving it off the lot. While driving, the serpentine belt system failed, causing the belt to come off. I lost charging, power steering, and the engine began overheating. The vehicle is now undrivable. Trying to get help from the dealership has been extremely frustrating. I called several times and was repeatedly placed on hold for long periods, only for the calls to disconnect. My salesperson stopped responding and my calls were redirected multiple times. The first thing I was told was essentially: ‘If you didn’t buy a warranty there’s nothing we can do.’ That was surprising to hear when a vehicle breaks down within a day of purchase.
