Frank was very patient with me, and educated me on the vehicle I wanted to purchased. If I could give 100 stars I would, the buying process was super easy and stress free. It’s been for long time we haven’t visited any car dealership. We’re so impressed at Atlanta Best Used Cars. Josh Marshall our sale rep has taken great care of us. First we had some hiccups with the first car we choose. Eventually with the help of Josh, we found the one we love 2019 Mercedes E300. It is such a beautiful car though we didn’t expect to buy 3rd Mercedes. Josh has all the knowledges on all kind of cars. He is very patient and understanding. I bought my first car from Atlanta Best Used Cars and had a great experience. My wife and I have bought both of our cars from this dealer. When we moved to Atlanta in 2021, we found our first car here. When the salesman (I don't remember his name) showed us the Carfax report, we learned that the car was a manufacturer buyback or "lemon" (most, if not all of their cars are). Turns out the car had a minor fuel gauge problem that had been corrected by the manufacturer. This gave us some hesitation, but we decided to take the chance on an otherwise good car at a good price. 4.5 years later, we've never had any problems with that car (other than a couple of flat tires and a dead battery).
