Great service and great timing. Bert is fantastic and shows great leadership.

Waited 2 hrs. They patched 2 tires and 1 still leaks. So problem not solved. 1 guy doing his best to make things happen while 2 older guys come to the front and 1 never speaks to anyone and the other starts barking out orders while I'm standing there for 20 minutes just to get a ticket printed out so I can get back to work.

Each time I've called phone was answered in a quick friendly manner. Although when I called to enquire about Saturday hours and make an appointment I was told it was first come first serve. But to my surprise, when I got there I was promptly greated and the Service was quick and more reasonable that I expected.

I used to go to the location in Forest Park until I found out about this one which is more convenient to me, the prices are very reasonable and the costumer service is way better than the average truck tire shop. I needed the steers on a Friday at 17:00 and they took me right in, two Firestones mounted and balanced in 30 minutes.
