Atlanta Shine

Curiously enough my first experience with this business, I was impressed. Which made me conclude that this is where my car would "always be" detailed. Yet, the low grade response and poor customer service I experienced today!! Makes me REJECT that thought. I asked them to straighten out the poor cleaning of my LEXUS windows the rags used to do them were dirty and left a film on the front & back & sunroof. I was told because it was some days later they couldn't determine that the jacked up film on my windows was a result of their nasty, unclean clothes used on them. I could!! I work at night and can hardly see through them and there ARE smudges like a 3year old washed my windows.... I CAN'T with our people...they make you walk away from doing business with them. I had an amazing experience at Atlanta Shine! They’re a family-owned business and you can truly feel the care and pride they put into their work. I came in needing water extracted from my carpet and they were quick, professional, and very fairly priced. The facility is beautiful and super clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my car there. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. They got my carpet completely dry and looking great in no time. It’s so nice to find a place that’s honest, efficient, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Atlanta Shine to everyone I know!

Best car wash in the city! Professional service and attention to detail. I got my windows retinted and brake calipers painted. Also rims painted. Made my car look brand new!

Got the inside and outside service great price on that but then when I saw all the greasy streaks on my front and back windshield it made me think I got what I paid for it it was done poorly and without care I went back today which has been a few months later and just got an outside clean only and once again greasy streak on my windshields and windows man it’s ridiculous just rushing no care no passion just trying to get the job done as fast as possible it feels like they just don’t care and quality. I had to re wash my windows and windshield which is absurd they did a good job on the body and tires but everything else was poorly done
