Called to ask what type of cars they work on and get a ballpark idea of what an engine fix would run me. Incredibly rude service over the phone, was rude and short even before I asked about a quote. First time needing a mechanic, and I've not interacted with car stuff much so I don't know if quotes are considered taboo or some shit, guy made it sound like I was looking to scam him. Got told he "knew where this was going" like I was a pest. A polite "we dont do quotes" would've been just fine. If you're looking for good work, other reviews are glowing, just dont expect a good bedside manner if you're calling with questions.
