When my son was shopping for a used car we needed a place to get a pre-purchase inspection and found Atlantic Car Care. We got to know Mike pretty well after bringing in 3-4 cars! Mike's approach is truly integrity-first. He was highly accommodating as we took multiple cars in for inspection until we found the right one. His knowledge is incredible—he's an old-school pro who catches serious problems that computer diagnostics often miss. He saved us from buying several lemons!

I don't know his name, he was bald. He was very unprofessional and rude. I had just separated from the US military went straight to Wilmington NC to see my girlfriend, I stopped by this shop because I had a problem on my car, I got messed up with the price he told me he then flipped out on me and told me to go somewhere else. I could swear this is true because I got used to people talking to me like that in the military I didn't say much to him. Now I am working at a retail chain store I know this was very unprofessional and there was just me and him at the time plus I am a foreign person. He was very prejudice.

Sent my daughter to have a car inspection. She was helped right away and was gone within 15 minutes. Said the gentleman was very nice and friendly.

At Atlantic Car Care. I really thought I could replace my headlamp bulb myself. Broke three nails, couldn't budge the old bulb and gave up. Luckily Mike had time to do it for me before I broke anything else. Hurray for Mike at Atlantic Car Care. I appreciate you!

Mike handles all my repairs large and small when I in the area and appears very competitive with his rates. I also trust his opinion - like having a good dentist for your vehicle that does not drill you if you don’t need it 🧐
