Atlantic Chevrolet Service

Upon my first visit I had to return to the service center because my check engine light come back on in less than twenty four hours. I believe the vehicle should be checked again before it is released to the customer, however Rick Baldwin handled the situation in a professional manner and I greatly appreciate that.

Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for a specific type of service. The moment I get there they are pondering whether or not they even have the parts, which they then determined that they did have! Request an update in the afternoon and all of the sudden now they don't have the parts. It's something that should take 3 hours max (2.3 according to the GM service bulletin for this fix). I am still waiting a day later and they can't even provide a status update upon calling or using the texting service. I'm sorry but a competent service department has the parts for a job they had scheduled for 3 weeks and starts the work when the vehicle comes in. They tucked the car into the back of the lot right after dropping off. Also they lie to you and say it's currently being worked on when it's still sit

1. I arrived at day early to drop my vehicle off. I pulled into the garage and waited for my vehicle to be inspected and checked in. While waiting 4 service techs, 2 ladies from the customer service manager office and 2 people from the service office saw me, walked passed me and said nothing to me regarding being checked in. After 20 annoying minutes passed I backed out, parked and dropped my keys in the box. But after I backed out and parked a gentlemen in a blue vehicle pulled in and got himself checked in without any delays...Hmmmm 2. I received information about the cause of my vehicle making the noise and agreed to have it fixed. After picking it up on Friday I started driving off the lot, the problem sound was still there. I returned and informed Rick that the sound was still there.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is atrocious. The customer service is bad and the work is subpar. I had an issue with my Camaro's door not being able to open from the inside. I took it to my mechanic first because the wait for Chevy was a month out, he told me the part was discontinued so he couldn't help unless I could get the part.. so I waited the month, took it to Chevy figuring Chevy could get the part, told them the issue... Paid $240 for them to tell me exactly what I knew already. On top of that now none of my tire sensors work. They said if I get the part my self the $240 I paid cash go toward install and I can call them up and then they can get me in. I did that. Found the part, called them up... But I have to wait 3 more frickin weeks for installation. No tha
