Whitney is the absolute best!! What a great experience!! The most stress free car purchase experience I have EVER had. No one that I spoke with was pushy or made me feel uncomfortable in any type of way! I went just looking to sell my car/find a car with a lower monthly payment, specifically with a manual transmission and AWD, as they are becoming harder and harder to come by nowadays. Service department is lackluster at best. Bought and continuted to have my jeep serviced here and initially was very happy. But I started experiencing a noise and issues which I believed were related to my transmission. I distinctly scheudled for a service and informed them of my concerns. I was informed of diagnostic charge (fine) however after leaving my vehicle with them, I was told I needed $850 worth of brake replacements which was evidently what was causing the noise i was hearing. I was basically told I had to replace the brakes or pay the diagnostic fee and no work would be done. Reluctantly, I replaced the brakes as they recommended. I recently had the best experience at a car dealership in my life. My salesman, Dave, was beyond helpful and created just a seamless experience. The rest of the staff were also great. There was no dreaded “car buying experience” which some people may have experienced. Atlantic Chrysler breaks the mold of that type of ideology. I will most definitely return to this location. We were trading in our car and made an appointment, and upon arrival, immediately felt welcomed and honesty. When breaking down everything Don was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to speak to. He helped us break down everything like nothing and made it easygoing and informative. Whitney was another wonderful person who helped us decide on a good car. Appointment made with this dealership for Monday morning. Dropped off vehicle Sunday night. Vehicle evaluated Monday. Sat for 5 days didn’t move. Told me on Wednesday it would be another day. Called on Saturday vehicle had not moved since Monday night. Took it back - taking to another dealer. Warranty work pushed to the back because they don’t get paid as much. 0.0 do not recommend.
