Atlantic Honda Service

Atlantic Honda has done an exemplary job with my service. They worked within my budget to get the job done to my satisfaction. They also explained the whole issue in understandable terms despite the fact that I did not come in with an appointment. Thank you to my service manager Di for pinpointing the problem and treating me with respect I finally feel safe on the road again. By the way the coffee is good here A+

The service staff do not perform their work properly. When changing the engine oil, they broke a top part. In the end, when I saw this, they told me that they were not sure if it was done by their employees. But they offered me a service and a gift of a NEW COVER. But then why did they shift the blame onto me LOL. When I brought my car to have the tires changed, the staff damaged my alloy wheels. I gave the car again for them to fix their poor work. Instead, I waited for my car for more than 1.5 weeks. My other visits were terrible.

The service writer is phenomenal, David Schweitzer!! The best part of my experience. The mechanic wasn't. Someone needs to go over that mans work when he's done. My car was there for 3 days, needed a head gasket and fuel injectors. He left hose clamps off to antifreeze lines and vacuum lines off. Never again.

I rarely visit the stealership I mean dealership lol but I will say this time D made the visit a not regrettable experience which for me is a compliment. I was there for a recall and he found a second recall and took care of that as well. If I had to visit a stealership I would definitely return to this one. I meant dealership lol

David Schweitzer goes above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service and support. David follows through on all repairs while making recommendations if needed. David will advise if a service is not needed. The technicians do an excellent repair and Atlantic Honda is there for its complete customer satisfaction. David is a true professional and always a pleasure to work with providing superior customer service. David excels with great communication between the service technician and customer ensuring a smooth and seamless service experience. Atlantic Honda is the best Honda Dealership. I have been going there for many years and completely satisfied.
