Atlas Auto Body

Atlas in Revere is the best auto body shop. My car's bumper was scratched up from a fender bender. They checked the damage beneath the bumper and then did an excellent job painting. My car looks like new. They were very efficient at the turnaround time. And something that I found incredibly important was that their customer service was fantastic. Every person I interacted with was helpful, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would like to give a special shout-out to Ever, Marvin, Greg, Freddie, and Tommy for their customer service and high quality work, which was above and beyond. I will definitely return in the future if I have any need. I would highly recommend Atlas Auto Body.

All I can say is that these guys are incredible. I brought my car in for accident-related damage, and from the moment I arrived, they were right there to help—checking on me, offering assistance, and even carrying my items. They worked quickly and efficiently, and handled everything with my insurance so I didn’t have to stress or worry. Every employee was an absolute pleasure to work with—funny, lighthearted, and truly professional. This is a top-notch shop, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I took my car to this shop for service, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that my sunglasses and my phone charger, which I had left inside the car, were missing. I understand that forgetting personal items was my responsibility, but a professional business should handle situations like this with honesty and integrity. I was never contacted about the missing items, and when I reported it, I did not receive any help or resolution. The most concerning part is the lack of accountability and customer care. When you leave your car at a repair shop, you expect professionalism, trust, and respect for your property. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place. I hope they improve their customer service and internal proces

I have had cars all of my life andif there is one thing that means a lot to me is the way my car looks and performs. Let me tell you, everything changes when you have been in an accident. THis is where the great Auto Body shops really shine. And of all of the Auto Body shops that I have dealt with over the years, Atlas is a strong number one! To say that they care is a understatement. THey are simply the best at what they, from the moment they take your car in and handle your insureance and rental service for you, they really put your mind at ease.
