ATO AUTOMOTIVE- the original arkadelphia tire

The place where I got my car from set the appointment with him. When I got there he act like he didn’t even want to look at my car and act like he hadn’t talked to the car lot people. When they called him he never communicated back and acted like I wasn’t even out there he was very very rude and I don’t recommend him at all? Then you reply back and say that you told me to wait when you didn’t you simply told me I would have to bring it back next week and how you had a lot full and after you talked to them you didn’t say anything to me but it’s fine I just don’t like the fact you had an attitude with me and I was just doing what I was told

Amazing! I took my car up there to get a new transmission. James kept in touch with me throughout the weeks to keep me updated on what step they were on. I would recommend them to anyone!! He even made sure I had my car by Halloween so I could take my kids trick or treating. I am very thankful for them!

I stopped to have them look at my car after running over something on the highway. I had a broken heat deflector and something else that had clipped off. The young man fixed me up and had me on my way in 15 minutes and didn’t charge me. I gave him a $20 for his trouble. The nicest help. I was on a road trip traveling from Dallas to Ohio for my grandmother’s services. Their kindness is so appreciated.

The owner of this shop is an amazing man we got into a bad accident due to the rain and we were stranded all the way from texas and this man came and helped us within an hour. he is a blessing and the best mechanic we have met , he deserves more than 5 stars if we lived in arkansas we would never go anywhere else.

So this is the first time I ever done a review but I feel like I have to on this one my cousin originally left a review because of crappy my truck ran after getting it back from this shop anyways spent 6 k on getting a used motor block and internals which I was originally told it wouldn't coast that much because that's what I was going to pay at the Chevy dealership this shop said he could do it cheaper than that but that was lie 1 anyway I got my truck back and it ran shitty took it back to him looked at it said try gas treatment it was missing extremely bad and we'll last week my cats got stoped up bad so I tore all that down and what now and did my spark plug wires what they done was stupid the reason my truck was missing so bad is 1 of my wires didn't even have the metal piece inside t
