Attention to Detail

I'm pleased. While I did take one star, there are many things he did really well Pros: great price, convenience (came to my home for my cleaning), headlight restoration is great, and polite, honest service Cons: missed a few areas with the vacuum, didn't shampoo the whole upholstery, missed the armor all in a couple of places, and scheduling changes due to rain and an emergency, both outside of his control I would still recommend Titus and his services even with the cons mentioned. My car was very dirty and now it isn't! He worked hard the whole time he was here.

Had some issues but was easily resolved. Titus promptly fixed what the issue was. Sent pictures and a list of concerns and he resolved everything. Booking was easy through the website. After he fixed everything that I was concerned with it looked great.

Professional detailing at its best! My car looks better than when I drove it new off the lot in November 2023! The truck looks like a brand new vehicle.

Poor service and I saw my car was damaged after they left. Two of my car seat buckle covers were gone and the hinge that held them on cracked. I contacted the establishment weeks ago about the damage and no one contacted me back. The detail itself was subpar and not worth the money spent.

Titus was fantastic! He was courteous and honest. He definitely paid attention to the details and asked enough questions to make sure he did what we wanted. We had to reschedule a couple times due to both of us and he was timely in responding. I would highly recommend him and will use him again.
