This is best mechanic Shop in Sacramento and I’d like to tell you why; I’ve worked with Auburn Auto professionally and personally, and one thing that I can tell you is the Owner Nam is an amazing person and operates from a place of love and integrity. He treats his employees and colleagues with Dignity and respect. I came to Auburn Auto Services (AAS) for a warranty repair and software update on my 2024 VinFast VF8 Plus, a Vietnamese imported EV. AAS had just become one of a few dozen "VinFast Authorized Service Centers" in the U.S., and my car was among the first in their shop. It was my first visit, and I was impressed with how clean and organized the shop was. Everyone I met was polite and attentive. The owners, Mr. Nam Truong and Mr. Tri Tran, were very professional. They let me tour the shop and answered all my questions and concerns about my EV's repair issues. My car stayed overnight at the shop because the software update took several hours. Let me tell you a true story. 4:30pm: my wife hits a curb at the La Quinta while we're moving across the country. The front end is mangled. I frantically look up a mechanic and find these guys. I show up right before they close, literally begging for help. And help they did! They took the car back, zip tied everything they could together, including the intake, and made it possible for us to continue our trip the next day. AND they did it to be nice. No cost. An amazing group of kind guys. (Sorry it took so long to write this. I had to do a lot of research to figure out where I had gone😅) Sincerely, THANK YOU!

This place is the greatest, was treated way better as a customer than any fancy dealership! Nam is top notch when it comes to customer service!
