I love Audi Brooklyn’s Parts department big shoutout to Daniel you the best man , always positive and always smiling with the best attitude. I love their customer service. They take their time to help everybody not like other dealerships that leave you on hold or delay your matter . They Always checking parts for me and expediting it efficiently. I had the best experience of my life with this Audi Brooklyn dealership overall, I’ve been to many Audi dealerships and there is nothing like Audi Brooklyn. I love you guys and shout out to the parts department and the whole team that makes the whole experience very magnificent. It’s like I never want to go home ❤️

I have been in this business for 40 years and one of theworst things to do is call for parts. The crew at Audi Brooklyn is a pleasure to deal with,especially Dan. He is calm,cool and gets it right. If we have trouble finding the correct part he will take the time to email or text a picture and won't just give up and send the wrong part.I always have to walk on egg shells when I call parts guys because they have historically been rude and rocky and try to make you feel stupid. Dan is a gentleman and is always helpful even if I call him 5 times about the same car. Hard to find guys like that in this industry. Thank you. Kevin @ 54th Street Auto Center

Had my Audi A6 serviced here and had nothing but a great experience from the minute I walked in. The staff was super helpful and attentive. I went to their Parts Department and was helped by Danny. Great attitude, very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered some additional accessories while my car was in the shop. My car was not only serviced professionally but I got a courtesy car wash at the end (very much needed) and couldn’t have left happier. Thanks to the team at Audi Brooklyn for such a great experience.

Any time I have an issue with one of my Audi’s , Audi Brooklyn has come through for me on my parts needs. Danny and Vinny from parts are great at getting me what I need in a timely manner, I recently cracked my transmission oil pan and they were able to get me the mounting bolts and the fill plug for my A4 as my local parts place did not even stock them. Once my parts arrived they were nice enough to call me to confirm my parts arrived . Thank you for your great service , will continue coming back .
