I bought my vehicle from Jim Hudson Audi in April 2020 prior to being stationed in Hawaii. Shortly after I purchased the Audi A4, I had a check engine light that came on and needed to be rectified before I could PCS and ship the car to Hawaii in May 2020, it is shipping protocol. I was reassured it was something simple, the engine light was off and the vehicle was shipped to Honolulu. Upon arriving to Hawaii, I had the same “automatic start/stop malfunction” engine light appear. I then took it to be serviced at Audi Honolulu. I had the reoccurring problem. I had a great first experience at the Jim Hudson Audi service center. The online book inside is a little difficult for services. Because I took my car in on the Saturday. I will need to return during the week for a more accurate diagnostic.

I cannot say enough about the staff and experience when dealing with Audi in Columbia. Everyone is so helpful and the place is impressive. They even allowed me to use a desk area when needing to catch up on work while having my car serviced. They make the dealership experience enjoyable.

Scheduled appointment for 2 pm and given quote for $250 on 125000 warranty inspection. It is now 6:15 pm and after having talked with Service, "it hasn't been started." The charge now, over $650 for flex fuel. Never in my life have I experienced such flimflammery. God only knows how the car will be returned and in what condition. Poor customer service and attention to scheduled appointments. At this point, all trust and faith in Jim Hudson Audi is zero. Our word is all we have and Jim Hudson Group's word is unreliable and has no value or integrity. Very disappointed in the predicament in which we were left. Sad first impressions and horrible first experience. Tragically, they still have my Audi. SMH
