Audi Marin Service Center

This was a major service that was part of the service warranty. It was started by Audi Marin itself reminding me of the service, and helping me to set an early appointment. From the time I arrived at Audi Marin, everything went so smoothly. Willy, my service person, was a little busy, but made sure I left the car, and then reached out quickly to make sure everything was on time. The communication was constant, and the work was done in a timely manner. A car wash as well! I appreciate this type of efficiency in servicing my vehicle. Best of all, it was completely covered by the warranty--no nickel and dime.

Terrible! I am so incredibly disappointed with my experience yesterday. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. There is a complete lack of customer care, communication, and integrity! I suppose that I have higher expectations for Audi, but in my decades of experience with having cars serviced at many different dealerships, this by far was the worst! I have never written a negative review of any business, but I am still reflecting on my day yesterday and feel that a my experience should be noted. Can't say enough good things about Audi Marin Service. They are the only service provider that touches my Audi and we have never been disappointed. Always appreciate the service advisors' patient explanations and the quality work by the techs out in the shop. The complimentary car wash after a service appointment is a nice touch as well! Willy was extremely courteous and communicative throughout my service appointment. Due to an unexpected issue, my car had to stay overnight and there were no loaner vehicles available. Willy coordinated a Lyft for me the next day so I could return to Audi Marin—especially helpful since I live an hour away. I really appreciated the effort he made to take care of the situation.

What a great experience for my vehicle service. The dealership is beautiful and what one would expect from a luxury brand. More importantly, the service desk and crew were warm, engaging and were committed to make this a positive experience. Vehicle updates were timely and my service advisor was patient and helpful answering questions about the electronics I could never figure.
