I’ve visited several different Audi dealerships, and I can confidently say that Audi Pasadena has been the best experience by far. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly stood out. The team here is responsive, transparent, and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. I especially want to recognize Ian De Los Reyes for his outstanding support. He kept me consistently updated, patiently answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly handled and thoroughly tested. His dedication and professionalism made a real difference, and I truly appreciate how much he helped me throughout the process. The service team did what they said they would do, nothing more. Minimal updates, low communication, and in the end I was ghosted by the service account rep. I expected it to take half a day, but was told it would take only a few hours so I scheduled my day accordingly. Then just before they closed up shop, they called and needed more time and asked to keep it over night, and then called again in the morning saying it wouldn’t be done until the afternoon. Finally when the checklist for the service was completed, they charged me an arm and leg but only after recommending an assortment of new parts I “needed” (even though I purchased the vehicle from the sales department of the same dealership less then 10 months prior.) Rudy Ramirez, the service sales advisor, is patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Just ask him any questions, and/or concerns.... Rudy R. knows his stuff at the dealership, by experience . He's a real asset to the team at Rusnak. Jake is excellent and courteous . I've been serving my car here for many years and Henry( my service advisor) is the Best!! He has been working with me and I can always count on his words of advice, friendly service and communication skills. From oil changes, new tires and different levels of maintenance services. I really like that they send me a visual inspection link and explain how my car is doing, I can drop my car off early morning and they get me an UBER to work and pick up, makes it very convenient for me.
