Audi Rochester Service Center

We replaced our damaged Q5 at Audi Rochester (where we purchased the first one!) with a 2022 Q5. The car looked great and Audi Rochester Service had done quite a bit of work but after driving it for a couple of weeks we brought it back to Zack at the Service Center. Zack listened to our concerns and promised to check them out and fix any problem. He did just that! They replaced the front breaks (they had already replaced the back ones) and fixed the All Wheel Drive Clutch that would have cost $2300.00 total at NO CHARGE! This is why we continue to do business with this reputable dealership who hire people like Zack who go above and beyond. We will always use Audi Rochester for our new car.

They always treat me well! Service is top notch. Sure, things can get pricey, but these are high performance machines and it really pays to keep them running well. I owned my last Audi for 10 years and 165k miles, so I have some experience in this.

I Dropped off a 2020 Audi A8 with no appointment . Paul Palmer Service Advisor was very responsive, knowledgeable and very Professional. I wouldn't hesitate to go back at all. Great Shop and Audi the manufacturer is very fortunate to have them as a representative for them. I am not sure who the technician was amazing work in getting this vehicle up to par.
