Audi Tacoma Parts Center

I am in Avants and Audi Club and like to get my parts from Audi Tacoma thanks to Karly. She makes sure I get the right part, part information, and gives top notch service. She can also haul a car battery as good as anyone.

Bravo to Conner Kelly. Months of searching for an obscure part with several Audi dealer parts departments finally led me to Conner. I won't bore the reader other than to say this fellow knocked it out of the park with his efforts and the results he generated for me. Thanks, Conner! Audi Tacoma - don't lose this man!

I bought my first Audi A5 2022 of March I’m really mad at the fact that the mmi screen pretty much controls everything and mines is not working, Audi is saying I have to pay for a whole new screen because of the bracket being broke and that’s how they sell there screens with it attached no one has 1500 just for a screen and $106 for the bracket plus the labor fees I really don’t want this car anymore and I’m disappointed. Making me have to come out of money for this. I also called and asked can I still get a oil change and they said it’s a risk because there not gonna now how much oil is gonna be on the car since they go off on that stupid mmi screen. I wish I would have got a different car never again will I buy a car with a mmi flat screen that’s outside on the dashboard!!!!!!!!!

Randy in Parts department was extremely helpful and patient in providing information after a tire issue. Not only did he answer my question but provided helpful information allowing me to make an informed decision after multiple different responses to the same question from other sources outside of Audi, I finally got through to Randy. Can't thank him enough!
