I had an amazing experience getting a lift, wheels, and tires installed on my 2021 Tahoe! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process super easy from start to finish. They walked me through all my options, answered every question, and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Honestly, even better!! The Tahoe looks incredible and drives great. You can tell they really take pride in their work and care about the details. HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

This place is AWESOME! My story is too long to tell, but I will say not only did they back their work, but they went over and above to correct a situation that they saw! Their great attitude, amazing service, and communication through the process was impressive! Huge shout out to these guys. I run a automotive performance e-commerce and run a lot of build outs. But having a stocked electrical cart is a huge expense with a vast need of gauge, colors, terminals etc. On several occasions they have saved me with a single specific ring terminal or length of wire etc. These guys have went above and beyond to help and having seen their interactions with other customers makes it an easy recommendation for all your electrical and audio needs. This place was recommended Highly for me to try to get a AM/FM radio CD player for my classic car. Lucky for me they did have several AM/FM CD radios that was a Kentwood brand. The manager and owner Darren was very very helpful with me to the specifics of what I need it for my car. He went out to my car just to check the old radio that I used to have that no longer works and recommended the Kentwood radio for me and gave me all the price for the installation plus the additional two speakers and also wanted a remote control. He did tell me that it may take up to two days to install the radio due to the year of the car but fortunately for me It only took one day I dropped it off in the morning and it was done by late afternoon. Love this shop! I bought Morimoto headlights for my Tacoma just under 5 years ago and unfortunately they yellowed. Took them back to Audio Works to see what they could do. In just a short time- they called me stating they we able to get the headlights covered under warranty, however.. Morimoto no longer makes the original lights I had so they upgraded my lights for free. I know that getting things covered under warranty at times can be difficult but Audio Works pulled it off and Morimoto stood by there product which totally makes me a lifelong customer. Thank you to the fellas at Audio Works for taking the time, you will always be the first shop I go to for my truck needs.
