Took my 2007 Yukon suv there with a electrical problem , got overly charged 100$ each hour just to diagnose it , - end up paying 450$ , just to pick it up with more electrical problems and now it won’t even crank

I've never had a problem coming here always had great results or excellent information if they somehow can't do it I would trust them for something as small as a tie rod, to entire engine replacements you cannot be disappointed here

My car was dropped off almost a month ago. Was told a few weeks ago they BUMPED the wire on a telephone pole. This isn’t a bump. Someone just full on wasn’t paying attention and was more than likely speeding. Will NEVER do business with this place again. Only offered to take money off the bill. Money should’ve been taken off PLUS repairs to my bumper. My car was nowhere near this condition when dropped off. DO BETTER

I recently moved to High Point and needed a new engine for my car. One mechanic I called suggested I try Auman Motor Co. I thought that was a pretty good recommendation. While I was in their shop, another customer came in, found out I just moved here and praised them very highly. So far, I've come to know the Auman family as honest, hardworking people. They'll give you a fair price and do good work. They even found the source of the popping noise that no other mechanic has been able to even hear, let alone fix. I feel very fortunate that I found a trustworthy auto shop.
