⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good customer service! We got in and out quickly, and while I was waiting, I watched the Aurora Tire team take care of so many customers with genuine kindness and respect. You can really tell they value people. It was also nice to see all the pictures they had up in the office of their business and Aurora you can tell they love their town! Definitely will be back. Highly recommend Aurora Tire!

Scratched my mirror and whole right side of my truck and proceeded to charge me $140 for a rotation/balance/alignment. Also got mud all over the driver’s side and now it reeks inside. Never going back.

Horrible. Took my car in for a knocking noise in the back. They diagnosed it as shocks and struts. Paid $910. I go out to my car to leave and it’s still making the same noise. I go back inside and the owner says there is basically nothing he can do about it because he doesn’t know what else it could be.He says that I “needed shocks and struts anyways.” That’s not the service I wanted done. I just wanted the noise to go away, and if that’s not what was making the noise he shouldn’t kept working on it because I paid for it. He did not offer a refund, partial refund, or to even continue to try and work on it. I paid $900 dollars for something I did not ask for and left with the same problem. He did not try to make it right or fix the problem I came for. The fact that they didn’t drive my car

The people that work there are friendly. They had exactly what I needed. They had tires replaced and on my way in less than an hour. Prices were fair and reasonable. I would recommend them for all your tire needs.
