Definition of UNPROFESSIONAL- we called to this company to pump the fuel out of our company truck after a new employee accidentally put they wrong fuel in. Guy shows up in old personal vehicle in cargo shorts with a plastic tub. Then he pumps the fuel out of our truck into the tub and wraps ratchet straps around it and then leaves the tub at the gas station. The police department calls us because the gas station called the bomb squad in! The company charged us $350 including a $150 DISPOSAL FEE for fuel they did not dispose of. Then they change their website to closed after the police call them and will not call us back and hung up on the police!
They came out and did everything they said they were going to do. Mechanic even shared how to do another job with an issue I didn't even know I had myself because it was so simple.
