I have had multiple car accidents in the past and this was the best experience by far in sending my vehicle for repair at a body shop. I have utilized primarily dealerships to big name body shops but they tend to treat you like a number and in many instances was required to return the vehicle a second to third time for re-repairs which was a nightmare. With Austin Park the execution from beginning to end from dealing with the insurance claim and estimate to the repair of the vehicle was flawless! Not only was the work done in a timely manner, but workmanship and utilizing OEM parts made my vehicle looking brand new.They will also come get your vehicle and if needed can set you up on a rental saving you time.
