So I was referred here by Brian at AutoZone and I can honestly say say I am VERY satisfied with the services I got from here. Let’s start with how professional and pleasant Paul is. He made everything smooth sailing for me. They gave me estimated times and I received my services within those times. They have a lockbox outside for people that need to leave their car during closing hours. My car is running a lot smoother. The overall service was amazing. I am no longer going back to my original mechanic, because Authority Auto Repair just gained a new customer.

My experience at the authority auto repair shop was awesome. I went there to get my state inspection. The moment I came Mr Paul was very nice and kind to me and help me with my car.The service there was great I will recommend everyone to go there for service for your car. Such great (and fast) service! Paul at the front desk was super helpful, and his amazing personality helped the time fly by! I went in for a busted tail light, and they had it ordered and replaced in 2 business days! Not to mention they threw in a few other tune-ups with barely any wait! Great group of guys, highly recommend

So I’ve been looking for a new place since my vehicle’s warranty expired, and with some research Authority Auto Repair came up. I came in at 8am and was met by Paul and asked if they accepted walk-ins or new customers to which he kindly assured me he had room for me. I came in with a fuel system issue, the problem was diagnosed the same day, and my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup the next day at approximately 10am. I’m not saying your experience will be as good as this, but mine’s was outstanding. I’m working on a project truck, if I have any issues I know where I’ll bring it.

Paul made time fly by so fast, such an amazing, family-oriented guy. He made me feel really comfortable, and I got to know a lot about his story, super funny too. I am definitely coming again and recommending all of my friends and family here. Thank you!
