Great place to buy car batteries. I went in and told them I needed a new battery. Before selling me one, they went out and tested my old one to make sure that it was actually bad and it wasn’t some other issue instead. They also installed it for me which was very convenient since I was on my lunch break.

Came in and asked to get 3 of the 4 battery terminals replaced, the 4th had already been done. The tech removed one and cleaned it. I asked are you not going to replace them? He got mad, threw his tools down on my vehicle and started walking into the shop. I then told him just not to worry about it we are done here. He then wanted to confront me so I just left. So sad to see what this place has become. They used to be the best in the business. My family has used them for many years. We will never set foot in there again.

Bought alternator Christmas went in to have it checked it is making whining noise in the radio he told me to come back if it continues to do it went back today and let him listen to it he basically told me it wasn’t his problem I put new radio in the truck still dose it I have been a customer for 40 years or so always talked to Mr Bob he always took good care of me unfortunately Mr bob passed he was a great man but his son that runs it now is not all he had to do was swap it it would have cost him a nickel but he sent me on my way needless to say I will never walk in his store again no telling how much I have spent over the years please take your business somewhere else not fall into the same trap I did thanks have a great day

I called the business before I brought my vehicle to them. I told them the year make and model. They told me to bring it anytime during business hours. I left work and my wife also left work to pick me up. Well the guy decided he didn't want to work on my car because it would be too difficult to get to my alternater. Thats fine if you don't want to do it but you could have told me that during our phone conversation. 2 thumbs down
