One of my Best car repair experiences ever !!! Great Work on my Rav 4. Exceptional customer service and quality workmanship !!! I hope I don't need collision repair again, however, if I do Auto Body At Southwest Inc is the place for me.

This is the first time I have ever used this body shop. I went here because of the great reviews I read. I am not disappointed. I am totally happy with the job they did on my Corolla.

I would never use these guys. They are scammers and thieves. They pretended to be AAA after my accident. Then when my insurance company and i figured out what happened, they wouldn't release my vehicle. Then a week later, when "Rell" remembered he agreed verbally to release the vehicle, he charged my insurance for storage along with a bunch of fees. They definitely got a payday off of me. Had to go back and forth to make them understand i didn't want them to fix my vehicle. Then to add insult to injury, my ez pass Transponder was stolen and used atleast 10 times. Ez pass and the police are investigating that currently. I love and support black businesses, but this place and thier tow people (Amir) are scammers. I don't support thieves.

The owner is all talk. Told me I wouldn't have to pay my $500 deductible, which I didn't. BUT dude completely f'ed my car up. Rigged it to the fullest. He rigged my motor mounts so basically my engine wasn't being supported properly. Which then caused my engine to shift and move to where my radiator and alternator was being pressed up against the engine. This all came to light when my alternator broke and my mechanic asked me who the hell did this to my car. Told me if I was in an accident my engine would've been on my lap. Body by Southwest caused over $2000 worth of damage to my car because he didn't want to fix my car properly. It looked nice but under my hood was a mess. Do NOT go here... SCAMMERS to the FULLEST.

Worst experience EVER!!!! Bought car from them, car body looked nice but the Machanic’s was TERRIBLE!! 2 days after having car it started over heating and I had to pay for a water pump and thermostat to be installed ! 1 week after having vehicle my horn started blowing without me even touching it, later found out from Machanic that they never put airbags in steering wheel or knee air bags ! My air intake was being connected to engine by electrical tape!! My passenger seatbelt clicker was jammed!! Oh yeah, they installed they wrong fan for my car! 2013 charger take 1 big fan but they installed a dual fan which is for police cars! But the crazy part is they only had 1 fan hooked up
