I have heard horror stories about Jiffy Lube, never thought here. Have been going here for years with the prior owner and never had an issue including them capturing oil to be analyzed for me. Liked the new people, but soon after an oil change my wife found oil leaking on the garage floor (none of our cars ever leaked a drop) and she stopped by Integrity Automotive who we have also been using for years. They found that the drain plug was stripped and wrenched on with with rounded edges. AND the oil change skid plate was missing. I know it was on there before this oil change when we rotated the tires and check under. The oil pan and labor to fix this is costing me over $1,000 since the oil pan has to be replaced. Jury is still out as to whether they make us whole again and I

First time back after new ownership. Complete remodel on the inside with a much needed replacement of waiting room furniture and decor. Pricing better than before as well but without losing the great service. This is the place to go for any of your vehicles needs
