I was visiting my mom in Fort Pierce in our 2023 Winnebago Revel on a 2020 Sprinter chassis. We drove down from the North Carolina mountains and I noticed some irregular tire wear on one of the front tires. I brought the van in to get an alignment. Eric and David looked at the van and told me what the underlying problem was. They didnt just do the alignment which I was requesting, but actually diagnosed and fixed the suspension problems that were leading to my second alignment in 6 months. They got use in on Thursday and did the work immediately which got us back on the road so we could head back to NC on Monday morning so my wife could get back to work. The delay was weather and ordering parts related so out of their control. We even got the oil changed while we were at it. Very smart

Family like atmosphere with expert knowledge. I brought my 2004 sprinter here and they took amazingggg care of my baby. They were extremely knowledgeable about everything going on and answered all of my questions, they were on top of it from tiny things to blinker lights to the bigger things like replacing the drive shaft. They are wonderful people to talk to and deal with and have work on your van. Was done on time, were up front about the prices and were in constant contact if anything came up. Would send any sprinter owner here no questions asked. Thank you Eric! but mostly Rachel: )

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST SHOP!!!!!. They will charge you for parts you never asked for, and they will charged you for work they never did. Very dishonest people. Just take a look at his negative reviews. They will always say that he never worked on their cars. Please why would anyone waster their time writing a negative review on a place we never been. The fact is these people are dishonest, and scammers , and like all scammers when someone writes a negative review they said that you were never their customer. That is what a dishonest business would say. Again stay away find a different shop. You will thank me later.

Never, never, never do business with this place. They will lie and cheat you. We bought a van from them last August and had them service it. We got there and had a $5000 Bill. Stuff we didn't ask to be done, and changing all fluids? Owner claims that is done before you buy the van. And aren't repair shops suppose to call you before doing unauthorized work? I don't think they did it the work anyway. Then we moved out of State and the same exhaust issues and that def nozzle had to be replaced. About $7000 in repairs the first 10 months of owning the van. When I called to tell them I had to have the same work done that they did, I only got the run around. Heed my warning, or you may end up with an unhappy ending like I did.

The most reliable auto service center I’ve had the good fortune to use. They have kept my 2006 Sprinter running and looking sharp for years.
