Very communicative and worked approximately 2 1/2 hours on my car's interior (did the basic interior steam package). My seats had quite a bit of stains from previous owner. After the job was done, though there was still some signs of residual staining left, there was definitely a 65-70% improvement regarding my car's interior. I'm sure if I had paid for a much more detail driven package (more money) I would have seen 100% perfection. I highly recommend using their services.

Having a child who constantly wants snacks, drinks, and kicks the back of seats non stop, the services made my car look like it just came out of the lot brand new as when I first bought it! Appointment availability is great, customer satisfaction 100%
