Don’t overthink it, if you need a repair go visit these guys they are honest, fair, and will do a great job! My experience was AWESOME, and you can trust them. I took them a used car that will be purchased from a friend. They had an opportunity to charge me a bunch of stuff since I didn’t know the condition of the car but they chose HONESTY and only fixed what needed to be fixed. They are very thorough on showing you the work your car needs with pictures. Mike (General Manager) goes above and beyond explaining the work you need done. His customer service is exceptional. This Auto Care USA is a GEM. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop that values honesty. I will be returning for any service my cars need. Make sure you go visit Mike he will take good care of you and yours.

I had a great experience at this Mechanic shop, especially working with Milad. He took the time to truly explain what needed to be done on my vehicle and gave honest straightforward advice without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. I really appreciate how patient he was and answering all my questions and making sure I understood the repairs and priorities. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with your car, but Milad made the whole process feel transparent and stress- free. I had engine mounts, a fuel pump, struts, and brakes replaced at Auto Care USA, and I’m very happy with the service. Milad was honest, professional, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair and my car drives so much better now. Highly recommend!

Auto Care USA did my state inspection as a walk-in. It didn’t take long at all. The customer service from Anthony was great! The pricing was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.

I see that this place has many good reviews and i don’t doubt that they can do good work. However i’ve been here twice now and both experiences let me down. The first time I went I was having an inspection done on a vehicle. While they did find some of the important issues, they missed many issues with the vehicle Including a large oil leak and severely unsafe dry rotted tires and a missing gas cap to name a few. The multipoint inspection was just not as thorough as it was made to sound over the phone. The next time I went was to get my suspension checked. While they did verify my concerns, they found some other suspension issues that I was aware about but other shops I has taken the vehicle too did not express extreme concern, only minor concern with the recommendation of the issue bein
