Juan was awesome and the staff as well. Very easy to work with. This has been one of the smoothest truck purchases we have ever had. I would highly recommend these guys for your vehicle purchases. Update….. I have to update on the latest awesomeness of this company. The owner Chris and Sergio worked with us on buying the SUV. When I tell you I didn’t think they could top the first purchase experience. Well, they did. Sergio drove the suv from Terrell, TX to Shreveport, LA to my job because I couldn’t take off before Thanksgiving. They really care about their customers. They went out of their way to get us into the vehicle that we wanted.

I came and saw Sergio and Ashley at the terrell location. They worked wonders for me and even stayed late to make sure i got to leave with what i wanted. i had low credit and low down payment. the atmosphere is very friendly and feels very family oriented. definitely loved the experience. recommended 10/10! if you’re looking for a car i would definitely start here.

My experience was disappointing. The truck I purchased had serious engine problems, and the warranty sold to me did not offer meaningful protection or support when those issues occurred.

At one time, they were good to us. Buying a truck and taking care of us. But there service is bad. They never have done anything for us they said they would. Never returned calls. Never fixed my truck correctly. Every time we try to confront them on things, they said just to always call back. Very terrible customer service. I love are truck cause it's all we have, but I don't think I'd ever by anything else from them. They now have my truck after a year. I'm calling my Attorney and reporting them to lemon law. They are still rude, and still I can get ahold of owner.0

I was referred to this car lot by a dealership I had done business with for a decade in Dallas, TX. However, due to life circumstances, my credit suffered.
