As a first-time customer, I had a great experience at this auto shop! I brought my son’s car in for an oil change and a diagnostic, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Joshua was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. The owner, Chris, was also very friendly and welcoming. I truly felt treated with respect, which means a lot. They were transparent about everything, explained the diagnostic results clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on before moving forward. The prices were very reasonable, and there were no surprises. It’s not always easy to find an honest and professional shop, but this one definitely earned my trust. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend them!

My car kept giving a weird rumble/shake. When I would drive at slow speed or begin to brake, it would automatically stall or kill dead on me. Called around and wasn’t able to get in. I found Auto Check Elite during my search. I spoke with Mr. Henry and he thought he knew what the problem was. Despite them being so busy, he was able to get me in and have his guys check my car. I was so relieved to know it was a simple & easy fix. I was able to work in their lobby, while my car was getting serviced. So grateful and appreciative of the quality work. Found out it was my air induction hose that was severely cracked. Definitely would be back for future maintenance & repairs!

Chris and the guys were extremely professional, patient, thorough, and delivered with a sense of urgency. My wife and I have found the ONLY mechanic shop we will ever take our vehicles too for maintenance and repairs. It’s extremely comforting to know we have someone we can trust, and not second guess if we’re getting worked over for unnecessary repairs.

I am writing to share the rarity that only truly good experiences have. I took my daughter's car into this location, as I have done in the past with our other vehicles. While we have always had great service, this time he was referring me out to try and get it covered under a recall, that this car is not exactly on the VIN list to receive. He said that the issue was most likely that and I should point out to them that it seems to be the exact same symptoms as same year same model, but different equip packages. I had already agreed to pay a diagnostic, fee but he didn't hit me with that. Valued my previous business, and for sure future business more.
