Auto Check

I’ve been a loyal customer of Auto Check Cinco Ranch for more than 20 years and I’ve brought a lot of cars there. The main reason I keep going back is their honesty. I’ve seen several managers come and go over the years, but the one thing that’s never changed is that they don’t take advantage of you, even when they easily could. My most recent repair shows it. I was convinced my fuel pump was going out and I asked them to replace it. They took the time to check it first, found it was only the fuel filter, and called me to let me know I didn’t need the fuel pump. I even pushed back because I didn’t want to get stranded somewhere, and Henry assured me he was confident in the fix. He was right. I’m not qualified to speak to the quality of their mechanics, I’m sure they’re all very good. Wha

John was so friendly and amazing to work with. Really down to earth and friendly. No BS, no lying and cheating. I heard him on the phone talking to a woman with a starting issue. He was really honest with her and could have told her a BS story to sell her things she didn’t need but didn’t. She was so desperate and desperation usually gets you taken advantage of. If you are all looking for a great place to have your vehicles worked on this is it. Thanks John for being a wonderful person.

I was at Autozone to get a battery and they said that I needed a special battery that they didn’t have in stock. They also said that they couldn’t replace it because there was too much stuff around it. I called Auto Check and not only did they have the battery in stock, they would replace it. They replaced the battery cheaper than Autozone quoted me for their special battery. Good job Auto Check! I’ll definitely come back.

The gentleman that greeted me when I walked in was friendly. I think they should have the television on. It was too quiet. I liked the place. Will definitely go back.

Really fast, and efficient service for a Texas Emissions Inspection. Despite of being only 18,5$ service, they were very friendly, diligent and helpful. I recommend this place. Thanks
