Great experience for anyone in Houston or surrounding areas. I came out to see Joe Serawan and David from Sugar Land. Had a used car to buy for mother in law. They did thorough inspection for me and gave me get recommendations for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

First took my car here a couple of years ago as it was close to work. I have since returned several times and this is now my go to place for any servicing or maintenance needs for my car. I find the guys here to be polite, informative and trustworthy. Their inspections are messaged to you with photos of any issues with clear pricing shown and an authorization required before they do any work so you always know exactly what you are gonna pay, no surprises.

It is an early Wednesday morning, after getting my coffee I called the office to see if they were able to take my car for a State Emissions exam. The gentleman on the phone, kind and welcoming, told me they could take my vehicle, no problem. The lobby in this auto shop is impeccable and pristine. The auto bay looks just as clean!! Overall the customer service here is great and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this place for the early birds.

This place is top tier!!!! From Joe (the owner) to Julio, to D. Simmons, and A. Zapata (the technicians). Everyone is very informative and very honest with their work. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer understands what needs to be addressed for safety and proper performance of your vehicle. Their prices are fair, and they don't try to force you to make unnecessary repairs. I most definitely recommend this auto shop. Thanks Joe and The Crew!!!!

As a business owner, I appreciated the initial evaluation of my truck for free when they were unsure of the underlying issue.
