I needed a car after my children were hit by a Penske truck but the payout from the insurance was hardly enough to purchase a replacement car for my 2001 Honda. My husband and I waited until we could find a way to get a few thousand more to shop for an old, low mileage used car. We found one a few a hundred miles away and drove to Fremont to test drive one. We don't finance cars. We arrived at what we thought was our destination dealership to be greeted by a friendly, helpful man who explained we were at the wrong address and we should be weary of the model we were looking for as well as that dealership's practices. Wow what an amazing experience I had at this dealership! I went in to look at a 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona and John was telling me that the insurance would be out of the roof and showed me a 2014 Lexus IS250 F-sport awd and telling me that the Lexus is more reliable and more affordable and it wouldn’t hurt my pocket as much as the charger would and that the chargers are one of the most stolen cars and I’m actually really happy with the Lexus and they helped me out so much and more than any other dealership I dealt with. John and Weda are both very friendly and very helpful. I’d definitely recommend my friends and family to come here

Love how nice the couple is, I had an amazing experience after rude customer service from other dealerships, but this was a quick and professional process which got me my dream car! John, the sales manager is hilarious and very kind, he has Tourette’s Syndrome, I have never met someone like him. He inspires everyone to how nothing is impossible. The service is amazing 5 stars. My daughter will definitely get her from here when she gets her license in September.

Be careful with John (the guy with the Tourette’s) and his associates, they love to play the victim, and make you feel bad for John . They will seem very friendly to your face but will scam you out of your money and do you dirty, the 2007 camary was sold to me with power steering issues and piston blow by they charged a outrages price for the car and did not disclose the issues and they will not respond to calls
