Auto Clinic Care

I was recommended to take my car to Auto Clinic Care when my check engine light came on. Even though I dropped off my car in the morning, without an appointment, Johnny and Karen were kind enough to run a diagnostics test on my car that same day. By early afternoon Karen told me my car needed servicing, but because it was covered under the car's warranty, which I didn't know, she suggested I go the dealership to save money. More so, they gave me complete notes of what needed to get done and Karen took the time to explain the information to me; she also said I could call her if I had any questions. I'm grateful for Johnny's expert and efficient service, and Karen's help. I will return to Auto Clinic Care for any future needs.

I don't know, but 4.7 stars on this place seems fake. They are by far the most dishonest mechanic shop in Rockville! I ask how much will cost me to replace front rotors and brake pads on a jetta and the front desk lady told me "I have no idea" I need to check first. Right there I should took my car and go somewhere else...first she said we can do it today then after checking my car she came with a 1300 dolar estimate and that the car has no wheels on therefore I couldn't drive it and also it wasn't going to be ready till next day. I was so upset to allow this thief to screw me like this. Do not take your car here!!!

Had a great experience at Auto Clinic Care twice now over the last several years. Reliable, fast, and very transparent in communication. Conveniently located near an Enterprise as well if rental is needed.

I will just echo what many have said in their reviews. Great work, great price. Indeed, car owners are always looking for an affordable alternative to the price gouging going on in dealerships. Of course, we want the great price while still expecting high-tech, high-quality service. In my one dealing so far with Auto Clinic Care, I felt both. As it happens, I'm going back today with a friend's car. If I feel differently after this next visit I will say so but my gut tells me that for as long as I live in the region, I'll be coming back.

Quick appointments, kind & efficient receptionist Ms K, and very knowledgeable & competent mechanics. Johny knows his stuff ... esp engines. Reasonable prices. Love these guys! They've kept my 2005 Tahoe in good shape & on the road.
