Auto Clinic of Neenah, Inc.

Auto Clinic does top-notch work and Gordon is a pleasure to work with. Before going to the Auto Clinic, I had my Subaru BRZ at 2 different repair places. The first place said I had rod knock, and told me I needed a complete new engine with an estimated cost of $11,000. The second place I went to was the Subaru dealer and they had my car for more than a week and they were not able to identify the problem and suggested I wait until my low oil pressure problem gets worse. Then I took my car to the Auto Clinic, and Gordon quickly found the problem and he fixed it without needing to replace any parts. I am thrilled with the repair Auto Clinic did. My 13-year-old BRZ now sounds and drives like it did when it was new. Thanks Gordon, I really appreciate the great work you did on my Subaru BR

I really appreciate the service I received. When you have car issues, there are so many uncertainties and it’s a stressful situation. However, when you are able to find a mechanic who can get your car in and out in a timely manner, be a trusted credible source, and provide above and beyond service, everything is so much better. That’s what we found at Auto Clinic. I just wished we used used them earlier.

lol, I wouldn’t even give these guys a call. The guy I talked to sounded so beat down and apathetic when I asked about my 67 Austin Healey. I felt really sorry for him and kind of wanted to pat the poor guy on the back. He said if I brought the car in, I was unlikely to ever see it again. He said he had a Midget on a hoist that had been sitting there for 4 years, and another classic that was unlikely to ever get done. I changed the brakes and master cylinder on my Austin Healey, but I’m having trouble bleeding the clutch and brakes. I’m pretty patient, but he warned me if they even got around to it, it could be years in their shop...for a brake/clutch job.

Gordon at Auto Clinic was very professional and persistent in fixing issues with my classic '86 Jag my Father left me. He repaired the Starter, Replaced Spark Plugs - some where impossible to get out, but he did it! He also replaced some lights and helped with a gas leak including making several trips to check. I would recommend Gordon and this company!

WOW, JUST WOW. 0 stars if that were a choice. I am new to this great City of Neenah, taking on a Manager position across the street from this establishment. I called to get a quote on brake pad and rotors. The gentleman said he wasn't sure and that he'd have to look it up. I said no problem, please take down my name and number and reach out to me when you find out. I work across the street. He then said " I, I, I don't have time right now " I thanked him and hung up. So much for trying to support our locals eh? Being in my position of trust and influence that I hold, I would have gladly given a good word to all my patients being that they were so close to my clinic. But now it will be the exact opposite. And it'll only be the truth obviously. In verbatim. Best wishes to the establishment
