Very very pleased with the service. My personal mechanic referred me to auto clinic of Rockford due to him not having a car lift. I scheduled an appointment with them. They went above and beyond with the service. They not only notified me of the problem but also told me of other issues and recommended me to contact the dealership and get them to fix the recalls on vehicle for free. Even though they did not do any repairs on my vehicle. They provided me with information about other issues and they provided me with information on how to go about it. Highly recommend them.

I couldn't be more thrilled to have come across the professionalism at Auto Clinic of Rockford. Previous inspection elsewhere led me to believe that I needed all my brakes replaced, however that shop forgot to order the parts and wasted a lot of my time. Scheduled to have that work done at Auto Clinic of Rockford and was shocked to get a call from them letting me know that all of my brakes still had plenty of life left and they didn't recommend that service at this time. That's all I needed to hear to know that I could trust these professionals and wouldn't be subjected to unnecessary service.
