We came in for an estimate of a dent on the door and fender. The door can be opened by made cracking noise and scratches. Ernie pulled the door a little bit and it can be open without a problem. And it was for free. Donna (I got her name here in the reviews) gave us a detailed estimate for repair and the numbers are very reasonable. She explained clearly the options and gave very honest opinion. We really appreciated it. Definitely recommend this shop!

I went to a couple of places for estimates. Although many of them were close in numbers, the service at ACC felt perfect immediately. They worked close with the insurance company to obtain original parts for my car. I felt like they were on my side during the process and it went seamlessly. My car looks beautiful. Wow! I am so blessed to have been referred to this amazing team -- my car is looking better than new and the whole process was so seamless and just purely enjoyable -- if that is even possible when your pristine car has been side-swiped by a careless driver! Donna got me in the day that I called; explained the whole process and introduced me to Ernie. We arranged for a drop off that Monday (they even offered to take me to the Metro, if needed) and then -- my car was ready days ahead of schedule - and in anticipation of the upcoming snow storm, Donna called to offer for me to get the car back before the storm. Again - completely hospitable and even offered to stay late that day, should I need more time to get there! Ernie did an amazing job and I don't think that I could be happier -- this
