Auto Connection Of San Diego

I have purchased 2 cars from Eric here at Auto Connection and both experiences and cars have been amazing! Will definitely be back a 3rd time!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not purchase from these guys. First they sold me ford explorer and told me I could test drive it and if I didn’t like it I could return it. Not even 24 hours go by and I tell them nvm but they said it was too late to return the car since the paperwork has been filled out. I was arguing and calling and they never got back to me. The car didn’t even have a 3rd row in it they promise me they would purchase me a new one and let me know when it came in and guess what 3 years later it has never came in. This set me back so much just sucks I wanted to get a new car since I was having my first kid but I guess they didn’t care they just want to make there money.

They sold the car I wanted, but was very helpful and respectful. They got back to me as soon as it was sold and did not waste my time. Very Professional. A+
