Auto Depot Service Center

Again , these guys have come to the aid of my son and daughter in law. They are wonderful and honest. I'm across country and am grateful I found them. AAA left my daughter in law sitting in the hot sun for 5 hours to where she was taken to the ER from the heat. Before she left in the ambulance she called them. They were there in less then 30 minutes to get my son and the car. This is the second time they have gone above and beyond to help the kids. I recommend them to everyone.

I was nervous. My 17yo and I were on our way home to PA from the ball fields in Dalton, GA when our car had other plans. It was a Sunday so mechanics were not open and we were in a tough spot. After I spoke with Phillip from PepBoys I immediately had them tow my car 30 minutes to the PepBoys on Gunbarrel Rd in Chattanooga, TN. James, our tow truck driver was great!! He came super fast and was personable! We talked about the Smoky Mountains and softball. He was great!! Highly recommend. (I hope I have his name correct.)

My dad lost a ball joint down the road from these guys yesterday (going from MI to FL). I found them online and they not only towed my dad, they fixed him right away after hours. These guy are damn great, if you've got a problem, they'll take care of you and not rob ya in the process. Thanks again, guys!

Wow!! Amazing people and amazing service! Our son’s car died at the beginning of his last semester of college. Would not start. We were thinking it might be the alternator as the battery was checked and said it had a charge. We worked with Ray by telephone since we live in another state. Such a kind and honest person and super knowledgeable! It was just the battery. They could have charged us anyway and we would have never known. Instead, he called with good honest news. It saved us some $$$ and he gave us options on the warranty and made sure the warranty was good even in our state and anywhere in the US. He even thought of that minor detail!
