This was the best experience when having a vehicle in the shop. Jennifer was very welcoming and knowledgeable about things I didn’t even know that could be addressed on my Jeep pre-accident! Jeep was done in a timely manner, work looks beautiful, and they even got my deductible down from $500 to $386 which was HUGE for me. Service is spectacular! Will go again for any work that needs to be done. Also I think they did a pretty dang good job at cleaning the inside of my jeep with the dog hair 🤣

They did a great job repairing damage from an accident with an animal I hit. My car actually looks BETTER than before the accident. They even took the time to touch up some paint chips that were unrelated. I also had them repair and install a super rare chin spoiler/ front lip (less than 500 made) and they did a great job repairing it and staying within the estimated repair cost despite running into a few unforeseen issues with it. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with a different bodyshop but I feel like my issues were taken very seriously and treated with care here at Auto Design which I appreciate so much because my car has a LOT of sentimental value to me even though it’s just a 2007 Hyundai Accent in many peoples eyes.

They were so helpful. They coordinated my rental pick up and drop off. The repair work was top notch!

Absolutely amazing business. My car was hit by another driver and needed a new door. I decided to get the repairs done here rather than the insurance recommended shop and they did not disappoint. Super friendly and helpful staff. Communication the whole way through. They made a stressful situation easy breezy.

Jennifer was awesome. My mother in law will definitely be back. She sait it was the best work done on her Kia Optima. Amazing service.
