Auto Direct Service

Took my vehicle in for annual maintenance. Staff is extremely efficient and trustworthy. All work was done in timely manner and prices were very fair. Will be maintaining all my vehicles there from now on.

So the service department at Auto Direct are some of the most stand-up guys I have ever had the pleasure of knowing my experience with them started about 4 years ago they always treated her fairly and honestly and never took advantage of her. When my 2002 Explorer with the Triton engine started giving me a really bad missing I brought it to their shop for diagnosis it took them less than an hour to diagnose everything, they came back gave me a great price for the repair that was needed when they could have easily gouged me for a lot more money. What I was expecting to be a five to $700 Bill wind up costing me just a hair over $250 Jeremy and his staff in the service department will be my go-to place from here forward

Update - over 2 years and I'm even More impressed with the level of professional polite and personal attention of Auto Direct They still treat customers like they are welcome and not like an interruption to the day They are patient and low key with their recommendations and will even recommend against spending money based on your situation and future plans Highly recommend them for sales or services I was looking for a place to maintain my wife's newly purchased car where we could develop a relationship with not only a business but also the people who work there. It's good to finally have a mecha

The machanic(Jeremy Medlin) told me to come back yesterday 5/24. Well after they took my car to the back and bought it back up front the service tech tells me he put the wrong service sticker on the window and forgot to reset it. Jeremy Medlin said the part that was coming up on roof would cost me $172 to repair. I asked him who was gonna pay for it. I just bought this car. He told me to talk to the manager maybe they would take care of the bill. So my sales rep Wesley Thomas relayed to the manager. They went outside walked around the car. The manager had the nerve to stand before me and ask me "What happe
