Very courteous and accommodating. My second hand car I use to get around for retirement broke down unusable. It has +250k miles on the odometer, so I wasn’t going to spend a lot to fix. They were able to accommodate me by using my parts that I had a very discounted price. I used their after hour service to have it towed there. I called the next morning and they already had it in the shop. I explained my situation and they said, “no problem.” Most shops would’ve turned me away. Very satisfied!

I take the car in for several thousand dollars of repair. As I’m driving home there are several new issues with the car. In the morning there is a big puddle on my car so I take it back in. They say there is no leak but someone has several thousands dollars more of damage out of no where and that my car is not safe to drive now. I get it back home and the next day there is a puddle under my car that they claim never happened while sitting with them for multiple days. After talking to a friend they had a very similar experience with these guys.

I have been dealing with the interlock, which is already an extremely aggravating experience, and the day for removal finally arrived! However they make the process so confusing I was just going in circles. That is until I made the appointment at Auto Doctors. Julie was so kind and so patient! She completely took the reins and I was finally able to sit back and take a deep breath because of her professionalism. What she accomplished in 30 mins would have taken me weeks. She saved me a trip to the DMV and probably an ulcer! Her co worker Cass was equally as helpful and took care of the removal of this device that I have been just dying to get taken off my car! I had a private ford warranty on tires from north Little Rock FORD in Arkansas and they talked to my claim department and agreed to do whatever to get me back on the road at no (zero cost) to me so need I say more. GO TO AUTO DOCTOR IN GARDNER KANSAS !!!!! Hoop hoop hooray. Thank you so much!

The shocks and struts they used on my vehicle were, in my opinion, poor quality. From the very beginning they were rough riding and made a lot of noise. The shocks on the back broke down and had to be replaced after about 10 days. They did this at no charge. They are not any better riding than the first set. I complained about the struts not riding well and making a lot of noise. The first guy that drove it confirmed this but later when I returned to have the second set of shocks put on, I was told by a woman's voice coming from the back room that she drove it and they seemed fine. They would not be covered under the warranty. Did not even come out to talk to me. How rude!! Vehicle is drivable but is rough and noisy with the "new" shocks and struts they put on.
