Just want to share a short story, I am a college student and unexpectedly had a mishap with at the time was my current vehicle. I needed a reliable car and quick! Luckily i found this dealership! Never would I have imagined that I would be able to get a newer car! They made the process super smooth and stress free! Customer service is awesome and they truly put in effort to make sure you're happy! I recommend this place to anyone needing an affordable and reliable car!!!

My husband and I recently found out that the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport we purchased from Auto Drive in Murphy had been totaled twice before we bought it. This information was not disclosed to us when we purchased it, and the Bronco is unsafe to drive. My husband was in a minor accident recently and just needed to get some minor damages repaired, and two auto body shops refused to work on the car because of the previous damages on the vehicle. We got an insurance adjuster to come out to assess the damages on the Bronco, and he explained to my husband that the work that had been done previously on the car was very poor, and that the car was basically patched back together and was only being held together by glue. Update 12/29/23 - Car is still listed on their website for sale, still have not disclosed salvage title or other issues with it. Found a 2013 BMW 750li on Facebook listed by them. Car appeared really clean on the pictures they posted. I tracked down the listing on their website and saw more pictures, and vehicle looks pretty clean on there as well. I drove over an hour to come look at it, car had a few more cosmetic and mechanical issues than I could tell from the pictures, but I was willing to look past a good portion of them. When we got back from the test drive, Frank pulled the Carfax and stated that it was actually a salvage title. This was not listed on their Facebook ad, nor was it clearly listed on their website. These guys really helped me out. My vehicle died and I was in desperate need of a good reliable vehicle. I had a very special circumstance which meant I had to secure a vehicle, but it was going to be 2-3 weeks before I would get my finances together to finalize the purchase. They were very understanding and worked with me. They actually listened to my concerns and and were extremely patient.
