Ripped off on. AMAZON Waiting 6mos on a refund. 3rd party seller. 2 sets of non working headlights on my 2017 suburban Lost another 150 on return shipping. Seller hasnt returned any messages. Have to Sue in California. Travel headlights 800.00, lodging etc. Only way the will be held accountable. Still need new headlights. FRUSTRATED!!!
Terrible place to do business with. No phone number, email is automated, no human interaction. They sent me a defective product and want me to pay the return shipping fee. This doesn’t end here. I will be reporting them as a fraud to the BBB and my financial institution for them to help me.
Terrible business practices! As soon as you have a product issue they are completely unreachable. My advice, don’t do Any business with this company!
